Agreement for Using Xpresso Service
- Sender must book to Xpresso by Xpresso Application,Call center,Email,Line@. Sender have to book before 18:00 and allow for the lead time to pick up at least 2 hrs. before.
- Booking on same day Should do booking 2 hours in advance or 7 am on the day of delivery.
- Sender shall note the following
- Write on Box and use Sender App to book Xpresso
- Through Booking file to be uploaded on Xpresso Platform(Desktop or tablet)
- API integration
- Sender shall write sender address on the top left and write receiver address include along with the phone number on the bottom right in front of the box.
- For COD to collect, Sender must write the letters “COD XXXX” ; XXXX is the baht amount of COD, using BLUE Magic Pen, Size of the Font is 1-1.5 inch per alphabet, if COD amount is more than one thousand must put comma (,) (eg. 1,000 THB) and type Arabic numerals only.
- Sender shall note the following
- Do NOT Write with pencil or pen thin line.
- Do NOT Write over Receiver and Sender addresses
- Do NOT Write on the bottom / side of the box.
- Do NOT Write text and alphabet not clear.
- Do NOT write in Thai words or English words for BAHT amount – only Arabic numerals
If sender use the BOOKING FILE Upload or API Integration , Sender shall label COD amount clearly on each box. If there is a difference, Xpresso shall take the COD amount shown on API integration/ Excel Upload to be the correct one. If delivery is unsuccessful. The parcel will return to the merchant.

WORK PROCESS
- Xpresso shall pick up parcel from Sender on day and return back to Xpresso Sort center.
- Xpresso shall deliver the parcel, collect COD and remit this by 1 working day (bank kasikorn) and other Bank within 2 working days
- Xpresso shall provide a written report to Sender on a daily working basis by 05.00 hrs. on next day after delivery.

** Suggestion- Latest status of delivery report should be done on previous day- Delivery Report
- Daily Shipment Report
- KPI Report
- Receipt and Tax Invoice
- Sender shall verify on daily working basis this report and revert with discrepancy (if there is any) within 24 hours of receipt of written report.
- Report shall be deemed accepted and money transferred acknowledged if no reply is received within 24 hours of report. Sender agrees without qualification that no claims from Sender shall be made after 24 hours from written report sent.
- After notification of the delivery status is complete, customers can track the product or complain within 15 days only. After that, the company reserves the right to track the product.
Agreement to use Xpresso send Upcountry
- All the shipment to Upcountry should be done by prepaid only while using Third Party Logistics. Any sender should turn payment from cash to be prepaid only and be able to create booking ( No minimum required for top up)
- Any parcel shipping with Third Party Logistics., Xpresso transfer to Third Party Logistics. With Additional fees for remote area And the island area Additional charges will be charged at 50 baht per piece.
Xpresso will charge you at 1 days after xpresso received parcel. The list of remote areas is as following.

Insurance
- Xpresso Coverage up to 2,000 baht per order.
Xpresso will NOT be responsible for any shipment damage/loss without any declared value on the consignment note nor for shipments containing valuable paper, fragile objects, crystal or glass, diamonds, decorative jewelry, perishables, frozen, liquid or cold chain products, illegal items under Thai Law, dangerous goods, artwork and antiques, nor any shipment not being packaged in a proper manner.
